1. 01

    Strategy and structure.

I work out what the site needs to accomplish, who it needs to speak to, and which pages deserve to exist. The navigation and page order come from those decisions.

  2. 02

    Writing.

I write and shape the website copy myself. Services, proof, calls to action, and practical details are organized so a visitor can understand the business without decoding agency language.

  3. 03

    Design.

The visual system is designed around the business rather than fitted to a template. Type, color, spacing, imagery, and interaction all support the same direction.

  4. 04

    Front-end build.

I build the responsive site in production-ready code. Accessibility, mobile behavior, search fundamentals, and loading performance are part of the build rather than add-ons at the end.

  5. 05

    Launch and hosting.

I connect the finished site to your domain and put it live. I can set up and manage suitable hosting, or work with an account you already control.

Being found is part of the system.

A good site needs clear pages, sound technical foundations, and information that matches the way customers look for the business.

The site fits the work it needs to do.

Some businesses need a focused service site. Others need forms, galleries, booking routes, or integrations. I define those requirements before I build, and especially time-intensive features are agreed separately up front.
